    • What is a crochet wig? 

    A crochet wig is developed through the process of interlocking loops of hair strands through a mesh wig cap using a latched hook.  With this process we are able to make comfortable, breathable, lightweight wigs that celebrate your natural curly texture and are easy to install.

    • How do I wash the wig?

    Soak your wig in conditioner for 30 minutes. Rinse. Let air dry. Lightly detangle with your fingers. 

    • How do I style my wig?

    All new wigs come pre-twisted in sections.  These  sections should still be defined.  Use them a guide when re-sectioning the hair.  Gently detangle with fingers and separate into sections.  Using a metal curling wand, wrap the hair around the wand and continue to  detangle as necessary. This will help decrease the tension on unit. Once you are about 3 inches to the end, focus on detangling the ends until all kinks are out. Finish wrapping the hair around the wand. Using a flat iron on low to mid heat (do not increase 300 degrees) press the hair for 5-10sec to re-define the curls. Repeat on entire wig.

    Feel free to use your creativity and inspiration to determine how far up and how defined you want the curls.  Just be sure to not exceed the time or temperature.

    • Can I straighten the hair?

    Yes.  Synthetic hair can be straightened.

    • How long can a wig be expected to last with optimal care?

    6 months to 1 year or longer depending on care. (I have one that I've been wearing for 2 years)

    • What texture does your wigs come in?

    We have a kinky curly texture as well as wavy that you can choose from. 

    • Do you use Synthetic or real human hair?

    For sustainability and because of the ethics, we opt for modacrylic, synthetic hair that has a natural and real look and feel.

    • Is the Synthetic Hair Pre-Washed?

    Yes.  Starting in October 2019, we have begun incorporating this to our production process.  If you're allergic to the hair, it's one less thing you'll need to worry about!

    • Can I get a custom wig?

    Absolutely! The process is simple.  For custom wigs, give us a description of what you would like made along with your email address and we will send you an invoice. As soon as the purchase is made, we will get started on your personal wig!  Keep in mind that we do not offer returns on custom wigs.  If this is your first wig with us, I recommend getting one from our collections to see if you'll love it as much as you think you will.

    • Where can I get step-by-step directions for installing my wig?

    • Can I wear these wigs if my natural hair is bleached or dyed?

    For best results, your natural hair should be black. Black is the color of the wig cap used. The wig cap and your natural hair should blend together so that it is less detectable. 

    • Can I wear these wigs if my head is bald?

    The short wigs work perfectly for bald heads and will not show the cap.  For the longer wigs you should have black hair under your unit. A bald head will be easily detected since the cap of the unit is black.

    • What's the minimum length my hair can be?

     It depends on if you want a part or not.  If you want a part in your wig, you'll need to be able to style your natural hair to have a part as the wig will show your real scalp.

    • What is the return policy?

    Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any faulty wigs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in it's original packing. Outside of that we do not offer refunds.  All custom wigs are non-refundable.

    • How long does standard delivery take?

    Standard delivery is 5-7 business days.

    • Do you provide tracking?

    Yes we do. Every delivery comes with a tracking number.

    • Do you ship overseas?

    Yes we do.  You are responsible for any custom fees etc.  We are not responsible for the package once it has left the states.
